I have 7 acres, three of which are used for vegetables. I have a green house and a hoop house. I started as a certified organic farm in 2011 and continue, certified by Pro- Cert. I grow beets, carrots, potatoes – (several varieties) , cucumbers, peppers, zucchini, squash, basil, (yellow, green and purple) beans, snow peas, chives, cilantro, summer savory, and onions. I also dehydrate items for customers. I am open to growing other vegetables that are in limited supply on PEI
