Adam and Blake are sons of the late Raymond Loo who was a prominent organic farmer in PEI. Adam and Blake have been working together to bring back farming organic potatoes to their family farm property located in Springfield. With this new farming venture, the Loo Bros. are working hard to grow high quality, locally grown organic potatoes while sharing the story of the original Loo brothers Everett and Gerrit Loo who developed Island Sunshine and Island Sunset potato varieties many years ago.
